Bolton Place Opus Homes Prices & Investment Guide Floor Plans — Towns & Detached
Floor plans at Bolton Place are still a pricing problem, not a brochure problem. Opus Homes has announced two collection tiers — townhomes and single-family detached homes — and has not published the plan names, interior sizes, or lot widths that would let a buyer compare those tiers on a per-square-foot or deposit basis. As of September 6, 2026, there is no public package to download.
This site covers both collections evenly, framed around pricing and investment comparisons rather than builder history. Inventing model names or quoting square footage from Founders Walk, SouthCal Homes, or another Opus Homes community would make the page look complete and make it wrong. Any third-party floor-plate graphic without an Opus Homes source should be treated as unverified.
For households screening Bolton Place as an allocation, the useful split today is product type, not elevation. Townhomes and detached homes typically launch with different opening prices, different lot-premium schedules, and sometimes different release weekends. None of those differences have been announced here. Until they are, both collections sit in the same coming-soon bucket.
Pricing and plan sizes not released
Townhomes
Townhomes are one of the two collections planned for Bolton Place. Until Opus Homes publishes a price list, lot-width sheet, and interior sizes, the townhome tier cannot be compared on a per-square-foot or deposit basis against other Caledon releases. Register to receive those figures when they are issued.
Pricing and plan sizes not released
Detached Homes
Single-family detached homes are the second planned collection. Lot premiums, garage counts, and starting prices have not been published. For investment screening, treat this tier as a coming-soon freehold product with unknown carrying costs until the brochure is released.
What a released plan set usually unlocks
Once a GTA freehold builder publishes a collection sheet, buyers can start doing the work this page cannot do yet: estimate a price per square foot, compare a 20-foot town against a 36-foot or 40-foot detached lot, and decide whether a walkout or extra-wide lot is worth a premium they have not been shown. That work is premature for Bolton Place.
Occupancy timing is also unreleased and should not be inferred from other Opus Homes communities in Pickering, Brampton, or Stouffville. A later closing changes carrying cost and assignment window even if the opening price looks similar to a neighbour. Registering here does not lock a plan. It is how a household gets the PDF when the Registration Team receives it.
If a sales centre later splits towns and singles into separate release dates, that split will be noted on this page. No such split has been announced. Sizes, lot frontages, and garage counts remain to be announced.
Prices, sizes, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. E.&O.E. Information current as of September 6, 2026.
