Bolton Place Opus Homes Prices & Investment Guide Prices & Deposit Structure
Pricing has not been released for Bolton Place. As of September 6, 2026, there is no public starting price for townhomes, no public starting price for detached homes, and no published deposit structure. This page exists so that searches for Bolton Place Opus Homes prices have a dated, sourced answer instead of a number lifted from another Caledon project.
Aggregator listings currently match this table: price range TBA, deposit TBA, occupancy TBA. When Opus Homes publishes figures, they will replace the "to be announced" labels here with a new last-updated date. This tracker will not publish an "estimated from" range, a guaranteed appreciation story, or a fabricated scarcity claim.
Registered buyers typically see a price list and incentive sheet before the wider public does. Registration on this site is how a household asks to be in that first wave. It is not a reservation, an approval, or a promise that a particular lot will still be available.

How to read the first number when it lands
A coming-soon "from" price is almost always tied to a specific collection, elevation, and lot-premium schedule. On a Gore Road and King Street site, detached premiums can move a purchase well above the advertised opening figure. Until that schedule exists, comparing Bolton Place to SouthCal, Humber Station, or any other Caledon release is a category comparison, not a spreadsheet comparison.
Deposit structures in GTA freehold pre-construction often stretch across 12 to 24 months, sometimes with an extended schedule on launch weekend. None of those patterns should be treated as Bolton Place's terms. Assignment rights, levy caps, and development-charge handling are likewise unreleased. Each line in the table stays "to be announced" until a sourced document replaces the phrase.
Investment questions — cash-on-cash yield, assignment profit, end-user appreciation — cannot be answered with real numbers while price and occupancy are unknown. Caledon Greenbelt constraints are a land-supply backdrop, not a return forecast. This site will not describe Bolton Place as a guaranteed or risk-free purchase.
